eCases for FoCUS
An eCase is a simulated patient case. Users are granted access to a library of eCases, where FoCUS (Focused Cardiac Ultrasound) knowledge is applied in a virtual clinical setting. In each eCase you'll be asked to review a patient's simulated medical chart including medical history, clinical assessments (such as labs, x-rays, ultrasound clips, ECG, etc.) to identify a pathological condition or confirm that no pathology is present.
Focused Cardiac Ultrasound Exam (FoCUS Exam) is a methodological evaluation of the patient in shock. This course is designed to integrate the FoCUS exam skills into the virtual clinical setting.
