Dr. James Chang is a staff cardiologist at Beth Israel Deaconess medical Center (BIDMC), Boston.

He has been a full-time academic staff for 25 years in the Department of Medicine (Cardiovascular Division) at the BIDMC, serving as attending cardiologist in the Echocardiography Laboratory, Electrocardiography Laboratory, the cardiac inpatient services and cardiac consultation service. He was the Director of the Advanced Heart Failure Center for nine years and the founder and Director of the Outpatient Diuretic Infusion Clinic. He has extensive experience in managing complex cardiac patients and an outstanding echocardiographer.
